ASP Modular Welding Gripper Cover for Industrial Robots | Silicone-Free Protective Gripper Cover
500.00 €
Sold By: ASP - Advanced Systems of Protection
ASP Modular Welding Gripper Covers provide advanced protection for industrial robotic welding grippers. Featuring a modular, silicone-free, and non-flammable design, these durable covers reduce maintenance costs, minimize downtime, and extend equipment lifespan while offering superior resistance to welding spatter and harsh production environments.
ASP’s Modular Welding Gripper Cover is a patented protective solution designed specifically for industrial welding grippers used in automotive manufacturing and robotic welding applications. The modular construction allows easy adaptation to different gripper types while reducing maintenance costs through the replacement of only worn components rather than the entire cover.
Manufactured using specialized high-performance fabrics, each section of the cover provides optimal protection against welding spatter, heat, and harsh industrial environments. The integrated reinforced plastron on exposed surfaces offers enhanced resistance to heavy welding spatter, helping extend the service life of valuable gripper equipment.
The one-piece cover design enables quick installation and removal while maintaining easy access for maintenance operations. Since 2016, ASP’s CMC range has been trusted throughout the automotive industry to protect welding grippers from leading manufacturers including ARO, FTS, DURING, OBARA, and COMAU.
Designed as a flexible alternative to rigid casings, ASP’s CARDEL and TEXALIS cover technologies combine compact design, excellent mechanical resistance, and long-lasting protection for welding applications such as vehicle body and door assembly operations.
