Ankle and foot protection against thermal risks: flames, convective and radiant heat, molten metal splashes.
Note: the aluminised coat should overlap the gaiters by approximately 10 cm to prevent splashes from penetrating.
- Gaiters with holding strap beneath the sole (strap breaks easily in case of snagging to avoid a fall)
- Velcro fastener
- Soft metal bar to be bent into shape before first use, to fit the rounding of the instep and prevent the gaiters from turning
- 100% Kevlar® thread seams
