Several information are necessary to open an OTEPLACE account, in order to prove the identity of your company and to be able to access the multitude of products.

  • Identity of the legal representative (passport, identity card, residence permit)
  • Community identification number (EORI)
  • Tax identification number
  • Bank details (IBAN + BIC)
  • Phone number
  • Email address

Orders are only effective once the seller has accepted your request. The seller accepts the order within 24 hours of your purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once the seller approves the order. You can follow the progress of your order directly on your customer area

In most cases, you can pay your customs taxes at the time of purchase. We provide the required documents to the customs in order to avoid you to pay additional expenses at the time of delivery of the products. In some cases and for some countries, the customs taxes will be paid at the delivery of the products.
