ASP TIFFON-GREEN Robot Protective Cover for Foundry, Forge & Blast Furnace Applications
7 ,000.00 €
Sold By: ASP - Advanced Systems of Protection
ASP offers the TIFFON-GREEN Robot Protective Cover, a custom-engineered solution for robots operating in foundries, forging plants, and blast furnace environments. Built with fire-retardant materials and designed to resist heat, dirt, and moisture, it helps maximize robot uptime while reducing maintenance costs.
ASP’s TIFFON-GREEN Robot Protective Cover is engineered to protect industrial robots operating in demanding foundry, forging, molding, and blast furnace environments. Designed to withstand moisture, dirt, radiant heat, and extreme temperatures, this custom-made protective cover helps reduce downtime, extend robot lifespan, and lower maintenance costs.
Manufactured from durable M1 fire-retardant fabric, the TIFFON-GREEN cover provides reliable protection against harsh industrial conditions while maintaining easy access to robot components through strategically placed Velcro openings. For applications involving elevated temperatures, ventilation options can be incorporated to help maintain optimal motor operating conditions.
During forging and molding operations, robots are exposed to falling hot materials, radiant heat, dust, and contaminants that can damage surfaces, cables, and mechanical components. ASP works directly with customers to assess environmental risks and develop a tailored protection solution for each robotic installation.
The cover is custom-designed for virtually all industrial robot brands, including ABB, KUKA, FANUC, YASKAWA, KAWASAKI, and many others.
